Water Fitness Carnival: First on our list is SUP Yoga/Pilates. Imagine finding balance on a paddle board as you gracefully practice yoga or Pilates. This is an unique and challenging way to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility while enjoying the soothing and peaceful atmosphere of the water.
For an intense cardio session, hop on an Aqua Bike. Pedal your way through the resistance of the water, challenging your cardiovascular fitness and leg strength. It's a fantastic way to build endurance while enjoying the refreshing element of water.
If you love dancing, be sure to check out the Aqua Ballet Show. Witness the seamless blend of grace and power as ballerinas perform unique and graceful movements through the water. It’s a stunning display that combines art with the dynamic nature of water.
Aqua Zumba is a lively and energetic dance workout performed in the pool to keep you looking your best. Let the music and passionate energy inspire your movement and rhythm while burning calories and toning your body. In addition, the carnival also includes Mermaid Show, Aqua Boxing , Aqua Trampoline, Aqua Running, Aqua Group Fitness, Water Polo etc.
Training Course: CSE offers a number of training courses for those wishing to improve their skills and knowledge in water activities. Whether you are interested in managing a swimming pool, becoming a lifeguard or aquatic rehabilitation training, CSE offers comprehensive programs to help you succeed.
Learn the ins and outs of swimming pool operations and management with specialized training. Gain expertise in overseeing pool facilities to ensure their safety, cleanliness and efficient operation.
Take Aqua Sport Course and explore a variety of water sports. From synchronized swimming to water polo, this course will introduce you to a variety of exciting water sports.
