Note:
1）Please fill the form clearly for every individual applicant . One form for each person if more than one applicant.
2）Please show your passport to the staff on-site to get your Media Badge.
3）If you need INVITATION LETTER for visa, pls fill your information in "INVITATION LETTER APPLICATION" part and send this form to intersh@donnor.com before 10th May 2023.
